Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon Piccata
Butter and olive oil
Salmon in the pan a quick brown on both sides
Salmon out and kept warm added crushed garlic and cooked 1 minute
Added white wine, I used a unoaked Chardonnay from France
Added capers and heavy cream
Hard to see here but after letting sauce thicken just a bit put salmon back
in and spooned sauce over it and
Took out of pan, laid lemon slices and parsley down and enjoy!
